The origins and historical antecedents of the intervention. How did it start? Why? b. The philosophical and/or theoretical principles that are the basis of this model. c. A description of the features of this model, including: Population Served and Eligibility - Age Group, Income Eligibility, Language of service, etc. Who (organization or individual) provides this service in Sonoma, Napa, Marin, or Solano County or your home county? What are the educational and professional requirements to provide this intervention? Section Two: Analysis of the intervention (2-3 pages.): Your evaluation of this intervention. Based on research, “the evidence,” analyze the benefits and weaknesses of this approach. Include at least 2 different perspectives and sources; you must include at least 1 scholarly journal article in your discussion.
